Convert iris into Fixed Sized Rectangel - essential for encoding
Use Cartisian Coordinate system –> PseudoPolar Coordinate System
- WHy do we need to normalize?
- to account for pupil dialation and contraction for the same subject
- to account for distance from eye when image is taken
- to account for different sized iris’
